Who is behind IMMA?
Lilli Graf is the Founder of IMMA Collective and is also a solo consultant in the climate adaptation and resilience space. Lilli started freelancing part-time in 2019, facing all the typical challenges associated with the transition, like limited resources and connections. Lilli grew her practice into a full-time, six-figure, global consultancy and now has the freedom to work from anywhere.
IMMA was founded on the belief that freelancing isn’t just a career choice - it’s a path to resilience and independence. But choosing to work for yourself shouldn’t mean that you have to work by yourself.
